Return & Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items returned for a change of mind must be unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@ahfee.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a refund, replacement, or return at our expense.

For eligible returns unrelated to product defects or shipping errors, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact admin@ahfee.com before sending an item back. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

After an eligible return is received and inspected, or a refund without return has been approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your payment provider.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Eligible customers may return an item and place a new order.
